FAQ
1.Who is this retreat for?
This retreat is open to all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Modifications and options will be offered so everyone can practice safely and comfortably.

2. What style of yoga will be taught?
Classes will include a thoughtful blend of Gentle Flow and Vinyasa Flow, designed to support both relaxation and energizing movement. Each practice will focus on mindful sequencing, breath awareness, and cultivating a deeper connection to the body. The energy of the Spring Equinox will be intentionally woven into the classes, inviting themes of balance, renewal, and new beginnings as we transition into the lighter, more expansive season.

Since we’ll be in East Texas, we suggest checking the weather before you arrive and packing layers as needed. Please bring your own yoga mat; props will be provided. If you do not have a yoga mat, let us know in advance and we will be happy to provide one for you.

8. What are the accommodation arrangements?
Participants will stay on-site in either private or shared rooms at the retreat center. Rooms feature either a king or queen bed, so if you choose a shared room, please keep bed size in mind when booking. Shared accommodations are a great option if you’re attending with a friend or loved one and would like to experience the yoga weekend together. Sharing a room also helps reduce the overall cost, making the retreat more accessible and allowing you to truly invest in yourself and your well-being for the weekend. Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

13. Are yoga retreats worth it?
That depends on how you define “worth.” For us, a yoga retreat is worth it because it offers the rare opportunity to slow down and truly reconnect. It’s time to think without interruption, to remember what joy feels like in your body, and to move without rushing or apologizing. It’s a chance to step away from constant decision-making, lose track of the day (and not care), and connect with people who truly resonate with you. Most of all, it’s about returning home feeling like yourself again — grounded, refreshed, and renewed.
