Yoga Retreat Participation Agreement

By registering for and attending the retreat, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking & Payment

Your booking is confirmed once your deposit is received. All prices are listed in US Dollar amounts.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Full refund (minus deposit) if cancellation is made 14 days (2 weeks) or more before the retreat start date.

• 50% refund (minus deposit) if cancellation is made 7 days (1 week) before the retreat start date.

• No refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before the retreat, early departures, or no-shows.​

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another participant with written notice.

Retreat Changes or Cancellation by Organizer

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the retreat schedule, instructors, or location if necessary. If the retreat is canceled by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund of retreat fees paid. The organizer is not responsible for additional expenses such as flights or accommodations unless otherwise stated.

Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, fellow guests, and the retreat venue. Harassment, disruptive behavior, excessive intoxication, or violation of local laws will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

Personal Responsibility

Participants are responsible for their own belongings, health, travel arrangements, and insurance. The retreat organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
